Light Intensity Question

Hey everyone, if you have a flashlight with either 1 or 3 LEDs on, will the light intensity detected by the photosensing device increase threefold, and thus the voltage would increase threefold? Thanks.

Light intensities released by LEDs are different ... I mean more than 20% different.
