Voltage Regulator Question
I am using a LM 7805 voltage regulator that should keep the voltage regulated at 5V but in my circuit its keeping it at 3.65V. What am I doing wrong?

You need to supply it with a voltage at least 2V higher than the voltage output you want. Looks like you are supplying the regulator with 5V
