Using interrupts in rb0

Hi does anyone want to explain to me how to use interrupts in rb0? does intcon enable it or tell you when it has been high?

Some bits in the INTCON register are for enabling interrupts, others are flag bits

rb0 is the (only?) pin with external interrupt. Other pins on portb have interrupt-on-change but I haven't tried those yet.
