Full installation package?

Um, this is a very dumb question, but where is the 'Full Installation' package that Emami says is under the Software tab? Because it's not there for me

...? I only have 4 items under software: MPLAB v8, Office Communicator, VMware Player and Windows XP VM.

u look at the wrong place, go to the pml4all portal and then resources->software->Full Installation
