Device not recognized!!!

hey guys, I'm still getting a "Device not recognized" message. I tried all of the usb ports and have done "full installation" from the software tab. Does anyone know what to do???

i think if your laptop cant recognize the device use another one cause probably its your usb port in ur laptop that is not able to recognize the device

I had the same problem, but I went to Prof. Emami and he said I should buy an external usb hub with a power supply - and it worked. Try it out maybe, or talk to Prof. Emami and he'll help you out with it
