DevBugger not recognized

Has anyone else had this problem with your PC not being able recognize the PIC DevBugger? Every time as soon as I plug it in it just says "USB device not recognized"

mm...try using different ports maybe ?  that was partly what fixed the problem for me :/

Whenever I plug the microcontroller board into the usb - it won't install or say that Device Not Recognized. What do I dooooooo?

mine suddenly worked. Restart  your PC and use a different USB port. Mine works only on one our of 3 ports for whatever reason.
