ADC sensitivity issues

ADC users (PIC 16) - I am having sensitivity issues. I am supplying a constant analog signal yet the my program still outputs ranges for the digital conversion. Not to mention the value is 0.2 volt off of the actual voltage. HELP PLEASE

 yeah, it ended up being an issue about where to place a delay in my code so that the stupid thing have enough time to settle -.-
