4050 Buffer

When I'm using a 4050 buffer, which pin to I connect to the PIC? In this picture, would I use G and A and one of those to the PIC?

So A to the pic, G to the actuator circuit. Vss gets 0V. And Vdd gets +5V. NC is no connection.
